Cheese made artisanally on Menorca’s agricultural farms, obtained from raw cow’s milk from the farm itself.
During the final stage of production, the wheels rest in our own ageing cellars for a period of more than 10 months.
With a firm and very crumbly texture, an intense buttery dairy flavour predominates, highly developed and slightly tangy, with notes of ageing cellar and olive oil, offering a long-lasting finish on the palate.
