How do you place an order?
The products that appear on this website are offered for sale in the Balearic Islands and the Spanish mainland. The purchase procedure can be carried out in Spanish or Catalan.
At the end of the purchase process, you must register by creating a user account. To do this, you must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data required. From the moment of acceptance, you become a customer of Sa Cooperativa del Camp.
Orders must be placed following the steps that will be marked on the website where you can choose the product and quantity of what you want to buy. For products such as fruit, vegetables, meat, and sausages, it may not be possible to supply the exact weight indicated in the order, therefore you will be charged for the exact weight of the product at the time the order is prepared.
The purchase process will be considered completed at the moment of payment of the product(s). Once the purchase has been made Sa Cooperativa del Camp will send the user a proof of purchase by e-mail as soon as possible.
Are VAT and delivery charges included in the prices?
All the prices that appear in our shop include VAT. For greater transparency, the delivery charges are added at the end, as they depend on the total weight of the order and the destination.
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver free of charge in Menorca from €30. For purchases less than €30, a charge of €3 will be applied. This is a promotional offer that may change at any time.
We deliver to the rest of the Balearic Islands and mainland Spain via a transport company. For deliveries outside the island, the corresponding costs will be applied according to destination and weight. The corresponding cost will be calculated at the time of payment of the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders to be delivered in Menorca, if placed before 13:00, will be delivered the following day. If the order is placed later, it will be delivered in approximately 48 hours.
To receive the order on Monday it must be placed before 13:00 the previous Friday.
Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, except on public holidays.
Orders to be delivered to the rest of the Balearic Islands and mainland Spain are prepared and delivered to the transport company within 1-2 working days of receipt of the order and will be delivered to their destination within a maximum of 3 working days from the closing of the order.
Once the order is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery date.
Can I buy online and pick up the order in the shop?
If you are in Menorca, you can indicate in your order the option of collection in the shop in Ciutadella or Alaior, orders placed before 13:00 can be collected the next day, if the order has been placed later, you should be able to collect it in approximately 48 hours. Once your order is ready for delivery in our shops we will inform you by email/WhatsApp for collection at the selected location.
Can I choose the delivery time of my order?
Delivery times in Menorca are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 or Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 15:00 to 18:00.
We recommend you use the "order notes" field to include useful messages for the delivery drivers who will try to comply, such as:
● "drop off at the neighbour's..." or "leave delivery with doorman".
● "please deliver in the afternoon".
Please provide us with a mobile phone number where you can be reached in the event of any delivery issue.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If the delivery is in Menorca, we will contact you and we will leave the order ready for you to pick it up at any of our shops that you indicate.
For deliveries to the rest of the islands or mainland Spain, the carriers will contact you to try to arrange a new delivery at a different time. As it is a perishable product, we thank you for your cooperation to make the delivery as soon as possible.
What happens if a product arrives damaged or in poor condition?
If any fruit, vegetables, or meat arrives in bad condition, we will refund you the amount of the defective product. We are responsible for the product from origin to destination, including the quality of the product and its transport.
What happens if any of the products ordered are missing from the order?
At the time of preparing the order we may find that a product is out of stock, so the purchase will be delivered without that product and will not be charged.
Is the specified weight and quantity exact?
The quantities are those shown in the description, although in some products, depending on the size of the pieces, this may vary slightly. As for the weight, we cannot guarantee the exact weight due to the variability of the items, although as the products are of homogeneous quality, we try to keep any variation to a minimum.
Can I buy fruit and vegetables per unit?
Most fruit and vegetables must be purchased in kg format therefore you will have to select the desired quantity from a weight selector and then we will weigh the fruit and/or vegetables and charge you for the product according to its exact weight.
How and when do I pay?
Credit/Debit Card: Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Accepted credit cards are: Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. All payment details will be processed outside Sa Cooperativa del Camp. Therefore, Sa Cooperativa del Camp will not process or access your bank details.
When you finish the purchase process you will not be charged immediately. Your card will be charged when the preparation of the order is finished so that we can charge you the exact weight of the products that are priced in €/kg.
How much will I be charged for products marked by weight?
For all products marked €/kg you will be charged for the exact weight of the products. If you order by kg we will try to get as close as possible to the requested weight. If you order in units, you will be charged for the weight of the units you order.
Returns and right to cancellation
Sa Cooperativa del Camp does not allow the return of products except those that are not in good condition.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation cannot be made, due to the perishable nature of the products sold. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, and the customer wishes to cancel the order, he/she can do so by sending an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the order reference and the reason for the cancellation.
If the order is refunded, it will be made either through the same means of payment, or if the customer wishes, with a ticket for the same amount to be used in the next order.
Incidents and complaints
No liability will be accepted for damages (including those caused during transport) unless the user notifies firstname.lastname@example.org via email within 24 hours after the date of receipt of the products, due to the short shelf life of the product being shipped.
No claims or liability will be accepted for products that differ in weight, since as specified on the website, weights are approximate.
Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by users over 18 years of age.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions of sale are governed by Spanish Law.
In the event of any dispute, the parties, waiving their own outside jurisdiction, shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Menorca (Spain).
